On 8 April, we invited you to Amber Side at the European Solidarity Center for another culinary journey under the supervision of our experienced cooks and smiling service. This time their sunny goal became sunny and colorful Greece!

We hosted all gourmets and culinary travelers on the next Sunday Family Buffet – a cyclical culinary feast that brings the participants closer to the flavors of cuisine from all corners of the world. On April 8, we defeated the winter aura that came to us with the beginning of spring and we remembered the flavors of summer. On this occasion, our chefs, under the supervision of the Head of Gastronomy – Kamil Hildebrandt – prepared, among others, stuffed cabbage leaves in the grape leaves, souvlaki, moussaka, chili squid or grilled aubergine roulades. There was also an offer for fans of sweets, and in it: lemon tart, baklava, Greek yogurt with fresh fig or Greek loukoumades!

Sunday Family Buffet events are made for the whole family. When parents indulge in „fork on the map”, a qualified babysitter takes care of the children. Pupils during the buffet learn simple phrases and basic words in the language of the „visited” country! Our little guests are already able to chat in French, Spanish, and Thai!
