On 4 November, we invited you for another culinary journey to Amber Side at the European Solidarity Center! This time we have visited a blossoming cherry tree country, we got to know its culture and traditional flavors. The Amber Side chefs took care of every detail and every palate. 

Sunday Family Buffet is a culinary journey „with a fork on the map”, thanks to which our guests will get to know the flavors of world cuisine interspersed with a culinary education, language learning, and a unique, family atmosphere. We offer our guests varied dishes, with the freshest ingredients. Under the supervision of the Head of Gastronomy Kamil Hildebrandt, we offer a variety of dishes, with the freshest ingredients, and us cooks prepare a menu consisting of traditional dishes decorating tables all over the world!

During the buffet, the children who visit us learn along with the carer simple phrases and basic words in the language of the „visited” country, deal with coloring books and take over the ownership of ECS Playground
