The Night of the Restaurant is a cyclical event that has been held continuously since 2012, the aims to promote the highest quality gastronomic offer, the best restaurants, and the most talented Chefs. We are proud to announce that the Amber Side restaurant located in the European Solidarity Center also took part this year’s edition of the Restaurant Night.
On July 6-8, at the Amber Side restaurant in ECS, the Restaurant Night was held – an exceptional event during which the Chefs presented their own interpretations of Old Gdansk dishes based on regional products of the highest quality. This year’s edition lasted three nights – on 6, 7 and 8 July – and was combined with one of the most important Gdańsk events of the year – the V World Congress of the Gdansk People.

The Night of the Restaurant is an event that was created as part of the „Smaki Gdańska” project. The aspiration of the organizers is to select 100 restaurants in connection with the 100th anniversary of independence. In some cities, the event will promote the local culinary identity. This year’s edition will be supported by producers of regional top quality products, including Amber cheese producer and Serovar Cheese Collection.
