Ciao! On April 22, we set out on a journey around the next world cuisine! This time, we invited all gourmands to the Amber Side restaurant in the European Solidarity Center for a real Italian feast. As usual, we encouraged to visit us with the whole family and take lessons in simple words and phrases in Italian.

Sunday Family Buffet: Italian cuisine was the penultimate culinary journey, organized under the guidance of Head of Gastronomy Amber Side Kamil Hildebrandt, before the summer break. As part of this meeting, the chefs shared with the guests the best dishes traditionally decorating the tables of Italians.

The idea of Sunday Family Buffet is to introduce participants to flavors reigning on international tables for years and to familiarize them through cuisine with the culture of more or less distant regions. In Amber Side, culinary education is intertwined with a family atmosphere. During the buffet, the children visiting us learn along with the supervisor simple phrases and basic words in the language of the „visited” country, deal with coloring books or take over the property of ECSowy Playground 🙂
