On Sunday, May 6, we invited all gourmands and fans of good food on the last culinary „a fork on the map” journey before the holidays! This time we moved to the fragrant spice of Mexico! Our chefs took care of the guests’ palate – check it out!
SOUP:
- Corn cream with black beans
MAIN DISHES:
- Fish a la Veracruz with tomato paste and marinade
- Enchiladas with cheese, seafood, and vegetables
- Chili con carne in a tortilla
- Spicy chicken wings in corn flakes with salsa
- Ribs in the tex mex style
- Mole Poblano with chicken breast
- Baked sweet potato pieces with herbs
- Spicy rice with baked tomato puree
DISHES FOR CHILDREN:
- Excellent vegetable soup with dumplings
- Casserole in vegetable sauce
- Chicken schnitzels in crispy batter
- Mashed potatoes
- Carrots with fried peas
COLD BUFFET:
- Ceviche with chopped fish in the aroma of lime
- Nachos
- Tortilla with vegetables, beef olives, and cheddar
- Tortilla with avocado, corn, cheddar and red onion paste
- Crab claws in breadcrumbs
- Breaded cheddar in the aroma of chili
- Spicy tomato salsa
- Mild salsa with bellows, vegetables, mangoes and mint
- Guacamole
- Black bean paste with chili
- Cheese sauce
- Pickled olives
- Jalapeno peppers
SWEET BUFFET:
- Dessert with chia seeds, yogurt, mousses from kiwi and strawberries
- Flan de vanilla
- Citrus cocktail with tequila
- Churros with chocolate
Price of the buffet is PLN 79 / person. Children under 9 years participate in the event for free. During the buffet, the children are cared for by qualified help, who encourages children to play on the Playground, play the arts while scribbling coloring books, and teaches simple words and phrases in the language of the „visited” region!
