The last place we have visited on the culinary map in November was the romantic, lazy and delicious France! We invited all of a „fork on the map” travelers to our restaurant at the European Solidarity Center on Sunday, 11 November. See what our chefs have prepared that time.
SOUP:
- French fish soup – bouillabaisse
MAIN DISH:
- Salmon served in puff pastry with leeks in cream
- Escalopes of turkey breast in vermouth sauce with edible chestnuts
- Beef stewed in Burgundy
- Duck confit leg with thyme sauce
- Potatoes gratin
- Vegetables stewed in Provencal style
CHILDREN’S BUFFET:
- Broth with dumplings
- Faworki turkey in white sauce
- Mashed potato
- A bouquet of steamed vegetables
WINTER BUFFET:
- Croissant with croissants
- Yeast baguette „Brioche”
- Quiche stuffed with green vegetables and bacon
- Salad Nicoise
- Salmon terrine
- Goose pate
- A board of aromatic cheeses with nuts and raisins in honey
SWEET BUFFET:
- Coconut muffins
- Creme brulee
- Mini eclairs
- Chocolate mousse
The price of the buffet is PLN 79 / person. Children under 9 years participate in the event for free. During the buffet, the children are cared for by qualified help, who encourages children to play on the Playground, play the arts while scribbling coloring books, and teaches simple words and phrases in the language of the „visited” region!
