We are proud to announce that the Amber Side team took the second place in the annual culinary competition Sportowa Wiosna 2018, organized by the Hotel Mistral Sport. On the podium stood the Amber Side Chef, Michał Przewoźnik, along with one of our experienced chefs – Krzysztof Majewski.
On 5-6 March in Gniewino took place the third edition of the competition for students of catering schools and professional chefs Sports Spring 2018. The competition aims to popularize culinary knowledge and the latest cooking trends. Especially the sports kitchen and fit kitchen areas are the most important challenges of modern culinary. Michał Przewoźnik and Krzysztof Majewski from Amber Side served:
- sirloin marinated in beet juice (boiled at low temperature – 53 *), served with blood sausage with calamus, chicken liver, pork blood, thyme and shallot, and to it puree of roasted cauliflower, beef tail sauce, and pickled cucumber ;
- chocolate ice cream, cigarette pastry, lemon slices, rosemary and mint jelly, and freeze-dried strawberries.
